The Life-Changing Bikram Yoga!
Another thing I would recommend is Bikram Yoga. I don't know if you're familiar with it or not, but it's also known as hot yoga. It's a total body workout -- cardiovascular, as well as muscle building -- so if you go on a regular basis, you can just cancel your gym membership. They say that you burn roughly 880 calories per class. It's 90 minutes in an 105 degree room with up to 80% humidity. It's a series of 26 poses, each done twice in a very specific order, and not only does it detox every organ in your body, but it regulates the immune system, your sleep/wake cycle, the central nervous system, the digestive system, the thyroid, metabolism, endocrine system, cardiovascular system, realigns the entire skeletal system, and is known to cure or reverse virtually every degenerative disease there is. Just google Bikram next to any ailment, and you'll see literally tons of testimonials from people all over the world. If you're interested, you can go to www.bikramyoga.com, and look up the studio closest to you. If you don't find a certified Bikram studio, especially if you don't live in or near a big city, just google "hot yoga" near you, as it's virtually the same thing. I go everyday, as do many, many others. They say in order to start to feel the life-changing benefits of this yoga, you should go a minimum of 3x/week, and 4x/week if you want to step it up. But really, 5-6x/week is where you'll see profound mental, emotional and physical changes.
